Email services, in most cases, when starting out you most-lightly set up a free email with a service provider like Google Gmail & Outlook.
Free is fine, but I’m a believer you get what you pay for, my recommendation is to do your research, look into the features that are available and the security level that they offer.
A note you are going to need more than one mailbox, for example, personal & any team members, web & info mailboxes to manage enquiries from your CMS, CRM, Sales & Marketing channels.
As stated above one of the most important features would be the security level, for example, do they offer MFA Multi-Factor Authentication, like Microsoft 365 Business Plans offer a broad range of apps & services for small & larger businesses.
