As part of the build process problem solving is a big part of the development.
If you are building an innovative SaaS platform that will require a lot of research and development, my recommendation is to take time to map out each process.
The more you can visualise the core problems this will allow your development team to understand and help.
Of course, there are always going to be problems that simply cannot be resolved and become a blocker within your project plan this is when you may need to compromise on the current solution or apply a work around until technology catches up…
